these general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer (private individual) order products via our website glitzkovski.com. a sales contract is concluded between you and glitzkovski (‘glitzkovski’) when you receive an order confirmation (which is your receipt).

customer support if you have any questions or problems regarding products, please contact our customer support team at support.glitzkovski. you should always contact our customer support team before returning a product. as part of our service to provide you with the best technical support and troubleshooting, we will retain your contact information and purchase history for a period of time that we believe is consistent with the reasonable life of the product.

prices and payment all applicable prices for products and payment options are available on the website.

glitzkovski reserves the right to hold an order pending processing and authorisation of payment. prices are quoted in the following currencies which are available on our website: eur(€). the currency and price applicable to you will depend on your shipping destination. within the european union, vat will be charged and the vat rate will be displayed at the checkout. All prices displayed on the website include VAT for EU customers.

we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment before the product has been dispatched.

order changes once the order has been placed and confirmed, we cannot change the selected items. please contact customer services if you have any requests.

delivery all orders are delivered from our warehouse in germany. once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information. due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

for deliveries outside the european union, parcels are shipped under the international trade term ‘delivered duty unpaid’ (ddu). this means that no vat, duty and/or tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the european union. for such orders we cannot predict the final charges (duty and customs charges may apply). if your parcel arrives damaged or with missing contents, please report this to support.glitzkovski within 24 hours of delivery and we will process your request. please include photo documentation and also notify the courier company. if you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse the delivery directly and contact us immediately. If the customer wishes to return the parcel, they must also bear the return costs.

right of cancellation you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the product. to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires by sending a request to: support at glitzkovski dot com. a valid reference to the original invoice or receipt must be provided.

products must be returned immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the package. shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. shipping costs from our warehouse are non-refundable.

the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. the products must be in their original containers with all labels and protective stickers and carefully packaged. you are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. to avoid liability, we recommend that you do not use the product until you have decided to keep it. please note that assembling or attempting to assemble a diy product (do it yourself / requiring assembling) is not considered necessary to verify the product. if you wish to return a diy product, please provide a description of the product with video or pictures at support at glitzkovski dot com.

Any refund will be made to the source of the original purchase.

if you purchased your products from a reseller, please contact the reseller directly, these terms do not apply to such a purchase.

glitzkovski is not liable in the event that a parcel is lost or damaged during return.

warranty glitzkovski warrants the products sold through the glitzkovski.com website to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery to you. the warranty is limited to 24 months from the date of delivery. the warranty applies only to you as the original purchaser of the product and only upon proof of original purchase receipt.

the warranty does not cover: (a) damage caused by physical abuse, e.g. (b) physically damaged connectors; (c) broken keys or physical damage to the keyboard mechanism; (d) damage, deterioration or malfunction caused by accident, negligence, misuse, improper installation or operation, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual for this product; (e) damage caused by transport of the product (claims must be made to the carrier); (f) repairs or attempted repairs not performed or authorised by Glitzkovski; (g) equipment that has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, altered or removed; (h) normal wear and tear and periodic maintenance; (i) damage caused by improper storage; (j) damage caused by perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extreme temperatures or humidity; (k) damage resulting from power surges or related electrical anomalies (including phantom power, incorrect voltage, etc.); (l) damage resulting from the use of the product in a manner that is not in accordance with Glitzkovski’s instructions. (l) damage caused by connecting a non-certified USB charger/equipment to the USB port; (m) damage caused by contaminated liquids and/or leaking batteries; (n) rfi/emi (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or improper use of certified or non-certified equipment, if applicable; (o) damage caused by use other than the intended use; (p) products purchased as ex-demo, refurbished stock or second hand; (q) aesthetic changes due to normal use or aging.

rechargeable batteries are excluded from the warranty. replacement parts supplied are considered separate products and the warranty will never exceed 24 months due to repairs or replacement of parts in the main product.

if you have purchased your products from a reseller, the warranty does not apply.

we advise against servicing the device yourself, as this will invalidate the warranty.

complaints if you have received a damaged or defective product that you have purchased through our website, please submit a complaint by e-mail to support at glitzkovski dot com as soon as possible after discovering the defect. if you submit the complaint within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be deemed to have been submitted within the time limit.

you cannot return an item for repair without first contacting glitzkovski at support at glitzkovski dot com.

please provide us with your original order number, a detailed description of the damage and a video or pictures showing the damage. we will send you further instructions on how to proceed by e-mail. all products must be in their original packaging and carefully packed. otherwise we reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the repair.

if you have purchased your products from a reseller, you should address the complaint to the reseller.

force majeure glitzkovski shall not be liable for defects or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as general labour disputes, natural and unavoidable disasters, war, fire, changes in governmental regulations, problems with power or telephone communications, data transmissions or any other form of communication, or defects or delays in deliveries by subcontractors.

data protection we take responsibility for all personal data that you provide to us when purchasing products. for more information about the processing of your personal data, please see our privacy policy.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES Without limiting your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and shall be resolved by the General Complaints Board or finally by a German public court. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is Würzburg, Germany.

amendments to this document glitzkovski reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions at any time. you are bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time of your purchase. amendments and supplements to these terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made after publication on glitzkovski.com.
